Mindfulness in Schools
“My students have gained a lot from mindfulness. They continue to practice it during our daily learning and some have even gone home and taught their families.” – Ms. Howard, 2nd grade
“Ms. Bonnie was amazing with the students. They were able to control their bodies, follow her instructions on how to be mindful in different areas of their life, and apply those strategies throughout the school day. My students greatly benefited from this experience and the skills they learned. I would love to do this with every class!” -Tracy Coutts, Kindergarten Teacher, Boston Public Schools
