While reading your article and answering the questions with an example of mine, I suddenly felt inspired to honesty communicate with a friend. I was feeling stuck on what to do next. After your exercise, I saw I long to understand or receive more clarity on how we could collaborate with ease! I found the exercise worked when I felt unsure what I wanted to do or say next! Thanks for the tool and the freedom and ease I now feel communicating with my friend! All the best, Taylor

Thanks for sharing this thoughtful discussion of IFS ("Parts Therapy"). I've found it to be a wonderful approach to healing and growth, one that has remarkable power to enhance compassion towards oneself and others. It can also integrate nicely with a meditation practice, becoming a kind of self-directed guided meditation.

I am appreciating adding to my 'gratitude attitude' practice: knowing my need or needs met and after savoring it, seeing and making requests of myself to experience even more of that need in my life!
